What's the difference between a re-roof and a roof replacement?
In our area the words mean the same thing: tear off the old roof and install a complete new system. Some companies use "re-roof" for layering new shingles over old; in Southwest Florida a full tear-off is almost always the right call, and we'll tell you plainly if your home is the rare exception.
How long does a re-roof take?
