Effective date: October 6, 2026. These terms apply to legacyroofingsrq.com and to the online tools Legacy Roofing SRQ ("Legacy Roofing," "we," "us," or "our") runs.

1. Who we are

Legacy Roofing SRQ is a licensed roofing contractor (Florida license CCC1333420) at 8233 Blaikie Ct, Sarasota, FL 34240. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Using our website

• The site is here to explain our services and let you contact us, request a quote, or ask about warranty work.
• Please give us accurate information when you fill in a form. Do not try to break, overload, or get around the security of the site or its forms.
• Roofing information on the site is general. Every roof is different, so it is not a substitute for an inspection.

3. Quotes, estimates and contracts

Online and instant quotes are estimates based on the information available, such as satellite measurements. They are not a binding offer. Prices, scope, schedule and warranty are set only by a written contract signed by you and Legacy Roofing SRQ, and that contract controls if anything here differs from it.

4. Calls and text messages

If you agree to calls or texts, our Privacy Policy explains the program. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of doing business with us.

5. Our social media publishing tool (TikTok)

We run a publishing tool for our own staff that posts Legacy Roofing SRQ's own videos to Legacy Roofing SRQ's own accounts. On TikTok it uses TikTok's official Login Kit and Content Posting API.

• The tool is for Legacy Roofing SRQ staff only. It is not offered to the public, and it only connects the TikTok account that belongs to Legacy Roofing SRQ.
• We only post content we made or have the rights to use, and we follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and, when it applies, the Branded Content Policy.
• Before anything is posted directly, the person posting sees which TikTok account it goes to and chooses who can see it; nothing is made public by default. A video can also be sent to the TikTok app as a draft and finished there.
• The TikTok data the tool receives, how it is protected, and how to have it deleted are described in section 5 of our Privacy Policy.

6. Our content

The text, photos, videos, logos and design on this site and on our social media accounts belong to Legacy Roofing SRQ or are used with permission. You may share links to them. Please do not copy them for commercial use without asking us first.

7. Other companies' services

Some features rely on other companies, for example TikTok, Google, Facebook and Instagram, our payment processor, and financing partners. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to their services. We are not responsible for content or services on websites we link to.

8. Disclaimers and limits

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as is, and we cannot promise it will always be error free or online. To the extent the law allows, Legacy Roofing SRQ is not liable for indirect or consequential losses that come from using this website. Nothing here limits the rights you have under a signed contract with us or under Florida law, including any warranty we give you in writing.

9. Florida law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about them will be handled in the courts of Sarasota County, Florida, unless your contract with us says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and the updated terms apply from that date.
